Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products — No Returns

All products sold by Family Digital Pact are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the file has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive the download link.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at beerrom0@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the download link is delivered. Once the file has been sent, cancellation is not possible.
